Looking for Foreclosures?

There are two types of foreclosures.

The first involves properties that are being foreclosed upon by Polk County for delinquent taxes. This is a very rare occurrence. If a County-foreclosed upon property will be going up for auction, the Notice of Auction will be posted at the Polk County Foreclosure List webpage. If there are no properties listed, then none are available at auction at that time. For more information, please visit the Polk County Treasurer's Tax Foreclosure webpage.

The second deals with properties that are being foreclosed by a bank, usually for defaulting on payment of a mortgage. This information is available through the County's Web Query application.
