Public Works Administration
The office supports the Director, Roadmaster, and the Survey and Engineering Department, and the Shop staff. The Polk County Publics Works Office:
- Provides Polk County maps and informational brochures to visitors.
- Provides phone assistance to Polk County residents with service requests.
- Provides assistance with choosing the appropriate forms for a customer's needs.
- Processes accounts receivable and payable for the department.
- Administers the Adopt-a-Road program.
- Administers the Vegetation Management program.
We are available by phone (503) 623-9287 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., including the lunch hour.
